To enable engineers to deliver software faster, with higher quality, and less effort.
4% employee growth in 12 months
Not every software engineering company has the power and resources to be as good in software delivery as the likes of Google and Facebook.
Harness is attempting to level the playing field by bringing the industry’s first Continuous Delivery-as-a-Service platform to market. Basically, it creates tools that simplify the entire software delivery process so smaller engineering teams can move fast and ship code effortlessly.
Harness has made several capability-advancing acquisitions, such as Dronie.io, adding an open-source continuous integration (CI) tool to its platform, and Propelo, which removes engineering roadblocks to help teams boots customer need response times.
Harness puts a lot of emphasis on hiring engineers who demonstrate a desire to constantly improve themselves and are passionate about solving tough problems. It's good to see the multi-unicorn company is also mindful of creating an enjoyable environment that cultivates innovation.
