Our take

On a mission to fix the broken healthcare system in the U.S, Hint Health is a direct primary care startup offering a platform for providers to manage a membership-based care model, offering a simple way to enrol patients as members and directly bill them for services.

The company holds a strong market position, having acquired both Equal Health and AeroDPC. The former engendered the launch of Hint Connect, a national DPC network which brings together plan sponsors and provider networks. The latter not only offers its EHR and practice management software to Hint’s clients, but the two companies are working on a new product that combines their features.

Already reaching nearly 800,000 patients, the company is well positioned to continue its impressive growth following recent series B funding. This capital will be used to develop its operating system technology for core customers as well as expanding Hint Connect.
