Our take
Hinterview was founded in 2015 after co-founders Andy and Richard saw the limitations of the traditional CV and potential of video interviewing. After trying every product on the market, they decided to launch their own.
Based on the belief that maintaining human to human contact is paramount in our increasingly digital world, Hinterview's software tools enhance personal connections, bringing interviewers closer to candidates and clients than ever before.
Hintro, a one-way video engagement tool, makes stronger connections with clients and candidates. Hinterview, a two-way interviewing tool, helps present and screen candidates efficiently whilst candidates can record questions ahead of time and companies can get real-time analytics on their recruitment process.
