Hubly is part of a number of B2B SaaS companies using tech developments to help financial advisory firms streamline their operations, and it’s proven a particularly popular pitch over recent years.
Financial advisory firms have doubled down hard on digital transformation recently, but we have yet to see the same kind of automation and workflow platform startup flurry in this sector as has happened with, for example, marketing. That’s not to say there’s no competition for Hubly. Companies like Refinitiv and Iress are major players offering similar solutions, so the relatively young Hubly will need to ensure their platform is watertight and develops fast.
It does, however, mean that Hubly are getting in relatively early on a highly lucrative niche. This may help them get ahead of what will no doubt become an increasingly crowded field.
