In short, businesses are crying out for fundraising that's more efficient, transparent, and data-driven.
Hum Capital wants to fix this. Its funding platform enables private companies to connect with the right capital. Using artificial intelligence and data to connect businesses to the 250+ available funders on the platform, its strategy is focused on market disruption. With the ability to link companies with up to $50 million of funding, it has real potential to shake up the market.
This potential has led to big investor interest, and Hum Capital is now focusing on growth. With its income coming from marketplace fees on raised capital, ensuring it facilitates plenty of deals will be key to Hum Capital's success. Key competition will come from other companies aiming to disrupt traditional funding methods, such as Carta, Brex and Clearco.
