In 2023, IFX solidified its presence by becoming the official money transfer partner for AFC Bournemouth, a move that included a founding partnership in The Net, the club’s business arm. IFX Payments is in a key growth phase after it's best financial year last year. We doubled in headcount last year and looking to do the same in the next year or two. We're exploring new jurisdictions, creating new departments and upskilling along the way.

I worked at IFX Payments in 2015 for 2 years. I re-joined IFX Payments this year and one of the main reasons why I returned was the people. I would say that the culture is one of the best aspects of working at IFX Payments. We have a collaborative and friendly bunch of people who are extremely supportive. We even have a culture and initiatives committee who organise monthly events to keep that small company feel as we grow. We've had Yoga days, pub nights, we have a sports day and summer party coming up!

IFX Payments are huge advocates of supporting staff with training, qualifications and we do everything we can to keep good people. We offer all roles internally before going externally and encourage our staff to continue to grow. We had 10 internal promotions last month which was a combination of steps up and moving to new teams. Whilst we are in our growth stage, more and more opportunities are arising.
