Our take

Increasingly was founded in 2017 with the intention of transforming cross selling. Its founders spotted a gap in the market: 10% of companies' online revenue was being left on the table because customers visiting their websites weren't seeing the right products at the right time.

Increasingly uses machine learning to follow the customer's journey and analyses past purchase and abandonment data to understand individual customer's "micro behaviour". The AI then uses this information to predict purchase probability and to identify optimal product combinations. Increasingly differentiates itself by offering its users unrivalled access and control. All users can access the AI system through their own easy-to-use interface.

Increasingly has already worked with some well-known brands including Samsung, Wickes and Lovehoney.com. Going forward, the company will continue to invest in its platform to optimise its services for its clients.

Leadership

Attained a Masters from Birmingham University, and then studied at NASA's Singularity University. Extensive experience as a Management Consultant and as an Investor.

Has worked in Marekting, Business Development and Strategy for companies such as Mitsubishi. Founded two startups, Nixxie and Toothpick, before co-founding Increasingly in 2017.
