Our take

Infront X is the digital and technology subsidiary of Infront Sports & Media, one of the world’s leading sports marketing companies, which is in turn owned by the NASDAQ-traded Wanda Sports Group.

While the company history is a fairly lengthy tale of multiple mergers and acquisitions dating back as far as 2003, its customer base makes for much easier reading. NASCAR, PGA, Under Armour, Chelsea Football Club, AS Roma, and Verizon all use Infront X’s digital experience solutions to better engage their audiences.

It’s a really interesting time for the Sports Marketing field, particularly for tech heavy, experience-oriented companies like Infront X. The rise of Web 3.0 and AR/VR in particular are opening up opportunities for greater innovation, which Infront X looks well positioned to explore given its own capital power and the deep budgets of its clients.
