Our take
Many people um and ah about getting their first tattoo and when they finally decide they want one the next decision is what to get. This is especially difficult for people whose individual styles, tastes, and opinions are constantly changing.
Brothers Tyler and Braden Handley founded Inkbox to confront this issue and to create a way for people to express their ever changing identity through body art. Inkbox is a patented tattoo technology which allows individuals to create custom designs or choose from 10,000 artist-designed tattoos.
So far, more than a million tattoos have been shipped to customers in over 167 countries around the world. In January 2022 it was announced that iconic pen-maker Bic was to acquire the temporary tattoo startup for US$65 million highlighting the companies upward trajectory and continued expansion.
