Our take
Maintaining a positive relationship with clients is essential for businesses, and CRM systems are a great way to ensure this goes smoothly. However, these systems require an administrator and a lot of resources, something small businesses can rarely afford.
Insightly provides an autonomous CRM system that wraps within mainstream e-mail clients to provide insights into maintaining positive relations with clients. The 'freemium' app is available for both desktop and mobile platforms and automates tasks such as calendar integration, tags, custom filtering, and workforce arrangement.
The key point that makes Insightly stand out from the crowd is its focus on providing automated CRM services to small and mid-sized businesses. This is made possible by the app being offered completely free for small teams, with the option for larger teams to pay monthly per user for more sophisticated and large-scale features.
