Company mission
To support Landlords in vetting new tenants from a credit risk perspective, whilst providing tenants with a cheaper way to secure an office space.
Our take
Since it was founded in 2018, Insurami has been trying to make renting easier, quicker and more secure for landlords while passing on the massive upfront cost savings to tenants, all within the Commercial Retail space.
Developing a unique product that helps both landlords and tenants has allowed Insurami to get a foothold in simplifying and de-risking an essential process for both parties.
Whilst the InsureTech concept exists elsewhere, Insurami has made strides to ensure it has the perfect platform to accommodate Commercial Real Estate in years to come.
Insurami is working with over 20 landlords from institutional real estate owners to flexible offices, achieving over £5m of referrals through the platform, following its recent £42m capital raise. Insurami has teamed up with Grosvenor - property developer, manager and investor, to offer deposit-free leasing to tenants.
