The company addresses the need for more people within industries such as plumbing, building, and maintenance, and creates virtual reality training programs that make learning about and training in these industries quicker and more accessible.
In 2023, Interplay Learning developed partnerships with schools in America, indicating its increasing influence in tandem with AI and VR innovations. Interplay Learning has its own apprenticeship program and implements its immersive learning platform SkillMill across small businesses, enterprises, workforce development, and individual training, providing a wide net for a customer base.
Through immersive learning, Interplay has found a more effective of way of training in the skilled trade world. It looks set to grow as an increasing number of young people opt for the more financially viable apprenticeship path to employment rather than higher education.
