Javelo's mission is to build the best interviewing tool to help HR turn expectations into reality.
Javelo offers HR teams a performance review platform which makes it quick and easy to create employee appraisal interviews, engage staff, and follow up with actionable steps. Founded in 2015, the company has plenty of high profile customers including ManPower and Domino’s.
There’s no shortage of HR-targeted platforms today, with hundreds of startups entering the space. This market growth is a good thing overall, but with so many solutions to varying problems, the ecosystem has become arguably more fragmented.
Thus, Javelo’s recent move to join forces with a collective of other European HRTech companies under the umbrella group Tellent is really interesting. Even more intriguing is that the collective is backed by PSG Equity, which offers its own HR platform, as it offers each member company access to much greater markets.
