With Job&Talent, clients can manage the entire process of recruiting within a single mobile app - from selecting and hiring to managing employees. The company uses its own proprietary technology, based on machine learning and developed by data scientists and engineers, in order to match jobs with the right candidates.
Counting Santander, Decathlon, and Ocado among its clients, Job&Talent has clearly made an impression in the temp hiring space. Already a global company, it's still focused on accelerating growth, with plans to add 100,000 new workers to its platform.
