Underrepresentation is a huge problem in workforces and many employers are attempting to tackle this through recruitment campaigns focused on diversity and inclusion. However, despite the prevalence of such prospective underrepresented candidates, many are unaware of such hiring initiatives and it can therefore be difficult for companies to be matched with the relevant talent.
Joonko provides a diversity-focused recruitment marketplace, helping to connect high-quality underrepresented job applicants with companies that are trying to improve their workforce diversity and inclusivity.
Whilst many companies are tackling their diversity and inclusivity recruitment goals by hiring specialized staffing equality managers, most companies cannot afford such hiring liberties and Joonko has recognized this, providing a more cost-effective solution. The company claims that its marketplace can increase diverse applications by 45%, and save companies over $20,000 per month in diverse recruitment campaigns.
