Autonomy is almost a religion here, no one is breathing down your neck telling you how or when to do things. Devs get a lot of leeway to take risks and use their own individual styles when working on projects.

All team members have a voice in all-hands and strategy meetings and the company is so transparent that basically anyone in any role can have access and insight into all aspects of the business. It's refreshing and also serves as a great way for everyone to learn from each other, and of course, push the company forward positively.
