I really value the IQ and EQ of all Junis. I'm constantly impressed, learning new things from all the great and smart people I'm surrounded by everyday. I also think the 'collective brain' mindset that we have at Juni really helps to squeeze that smartness out to the full org.

I love the trust I get to manage my own time and the freedom to work from wherever I think is best. Remote work with the option to join a co-working space whenever I have the need for it is just perfect for my current situation in life.

I started as a Level I PM. Despite me being the most junior person on the team, I found that my opinions were always important. I had a lot of autonomy in my team and was given the freedom to make decisions as I saw fit for the product.

My colleagues are the best! Extremely independent, question things they don't agree with and overall, great people to work with. People are work cross functionally, which means I get valuable input from different perspectives.

I work from 3 different countries and still feel embedded in the team despite the time differences :) Juni invests in ensuring that us remote folk still have the opportunity to meet each other in person 3 times a year

When I joined Juni, I was amazed by the clear vision of our CEO, Samir, but also by the transparency of my managers. We spoke about a career path and my short-term goals both for my role, but also where I would like to be. They supported me every step along the way in order to achieve them and earn my first promotion within 6months.

At Juni, the work can be quite intense but extremely fulfilling. I've been pushed outside of my comfort zone, as well as given autonomy over my work. This has allowed me to grow a lot more than I had imagined.

I have a young daughter, and working from home with a toddler can be challenging. Juni has been extremely supportive in allowing me to do my best work, during the times that work best for me. We don't have fixed working hours, which allows me to execute earlier in the morning or later in the afternoon. I've consistently been able to meet my objectives.

The team is incredible. When demo's are given on future vision or new products, it's super inspiring. Everyone really knows what they're talking about, and it gives me confidence in doing my own job.

The team doesn't have a work from home policy - because there are no offices. We are fully free to work from wherever we want, which gives me the freedom to visit my family that live in a different country whenever I want, and not feel the pressure to return to an office.

Once every couple of months, we get to meet our colleagues and teams in different locations all over the world. We get to sit down and work face to face for a few days, combined with training sessions and fun team building activities, and everyone has great energy and excitement to work for Juni, which is super fun to see!
