Our take

Juno believes that legal services should be easy to understand and access and reliable. To do make this possible they're working to digitise conveyancing, the process by which the legal title of a property is transferred from one person to another.

The company offers a fully online process, allowing clients to sign up on their platform and start working with Juno immediately on their case instead of booking appointments and visiting them in-person. Furthermore, they've obtained a special authorisation by their regulator that allows them to work with the buyer and the seller if both parties agree, ensuring that the process is faster and more efficient.

Legal fees account for an average of 15% of the cost of moving house with the average household spending £7000 on estate agent, legal and survey fees. With more people moving home than ever before, and a generation of house-buyers who expect a more tech-driven process, Juno has an opportunity to capitalise on this market.
