Working at Kaedim is great if you enjoy solving difficult challenges. Here everyone's ideas are considered and you can definitely make a difference. We are given autonomy to carry out our work independently, and you have the team to help nonetheless.

At Kaedim the fact that a challenge is difficult (or seems impossible) isn't a reason to not try to solve them. I've had to think of quite a few creative ideas to solve challenging problems. It really is a good feeling when you come up with an idea to solve something that initially looked impossible.

The team at Kaedim is great. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. It's a great team to share your successes with and whenever I need advice there is always someone I can discuss my ideas or troubles with!

When I joined Kaedim a year ago I had little to no experience. After a year I've not only improved my coding skills a lot but I can also manage my projects and decide on their next steps. Overall it's been a challenging but also very fulfilling year.

We're taking on a big challenge at Kaedim, as nobody has solved the 2D to 3D problem yet. At least not in a way that generates production-ready 3D models. Everyone is dedicated to contributing in their own way to the solution of the problem

My colleagues at Kaedim are super smart. We have people that are always ready to take on new problems and solve them no matter how challenging they are or how many new things they have to learn to do so. I feel like I'm really developing fast because of the people I'm surrounded by.
