Kevala empowers operators with a single intuitive tool to manage their entire per diem workforce across multiple locations and pools of talent — while improving both staffing quality and employee happiness.
The staffing crisis has hit the healthcare industry hard, and this has had an array of knock-on effects. Kevala is setting out to solve this problem with its workforce management and engagement solution.
Kevala launched in 2020 as a spin-off of Pioneer Square Labs. Since then, the company has built software solutions designed specifically to solve staffing problems in the healthcare industry. It focused first on senior care and nursing, but soon expanded. The company has now raised considerable funding, which is testament to the quality of its technology.
Kevala is one of a raft of tech startups taking on healthcare staffing issues. However, Kevala's impressive growth rate and funding success has set the company apart from much of its competition.
