Our take

Kitchen Ventures is the operator of a network of cloud kitchens in central London, which are commercial facilities created to produce food specifically for delivery. Their business model supports chef/influencer-centric brands to launch and operate, helping them provide customers with a high-quality restaurant experience in the comfort of their home

Kitchen Ventures is the first business focused on this niche in the UK. They already have 5 brands (Giz 'n' Green, Farmbird, Tacos El Rey, Local Greens, Happy Endings) and operate 2 kitchens in London.

There are currently more than 750 dark kitchens in the UK, with this number continuing to rise. Kitchen Ventures will be competing against the likes of Karma Kitchen, Taster and Kbox Global, all of whom are looking to take on the home-delivery market. Having recently raised £1.4m, Kitchen Ventures is looking to expand their network of kitchens in London and launching their business into new international markets.
