The founders of Koios witnessed first hand the limitations of traditional self assessments in the workplace, and the hunger from businesses for a better way to understand their talent. Koios was founded to fill this gap in the market and offer an improved way to communicate, motivate, and develop employees.
The early stage company has created a model that predicts an individual's Big 5 personality score purely from the acoustic signal of their voice. By eradicating the need for cumbersome self assessment methods, the process is efficient, cost-effective and enables businesses to have a bespoke approach to talent management based on unique personalities.
The founding team has impressive experience in both talent teams and Computational Social Science. This has helped them create a much needed platform that is well set to make an impact in the space.
