Our take
Koodoo has developed a B2B digital mortgage origination platform to drive the mortgage industry. It focuses on partnerships with key players to create a more integrated and seamless experience for customers, lenders, and brokers.
Koodoo's partners include most major UK mortgage lenders and price comparison websites: Compare the Market, Go.Compare, Experian and NerdWallet are just a few examples. Currently 40% of mortgage searches in the UK via price comparison websites are powered by Koodoo technology and the platform enables lenders to acquire and retain customers at a lower cost. The company is backed by Blenheim Chalcot, the UK's leading venture builder, to which the founders have close ties with.
Koodoo has recently launched a platform to provide guidance on mortgage payment holidays, a tool widely welcomed by those suffering from financial strain caused by the current economical landscape. It also continues to secure strategic partnerships with key players to strengthen its offerings.

There are regular initiatives to encourage mental and physical wellbeing. Including a wellbeing Koomitee. During the winter months employees were encouraged to get time in the sun by being given flexibility to move their work day / hours round so people would not feel stuck in, starting when it was dark and finishing when it was dark.

Never met a Koodood I didn't like. There is a high degree of professional respect within the company. And everyone if acknowledged as an expert in their area and their opinion is listen to and valued. There is also a strong team spirit with people wanting to socialise together where possible.
