Our take
Kubrick group acts in part as a tech talent development hub, and business consultancy firm. By scouting and training promising graduates in Big Data, AI and Cloud Technology before deploying them as on-site junior consultants, the company is able to address a tech skills gap for both individuals and companies.
One really interesting facet of Kubrick Group’s model is that they allow clients to hire these junior consultants free of charge after a two year period. This solves another problem for both parties – career growth for the consultant, and skills retention for the client.
Kubrick Group has been growing rapidly over the past couple of years and has picked up a whole host of major clients – Sky, Morgan Stanley, Deliveroo, Schroders, Jaguar Land Rover, and Credit Suisse to name but a few.
It’s all been positive for Kubrick thus far, the next big step after major investment from Bowmark Capital is expansion, particularly into the USA.

Kubrick is a market leader in all things data and is growing extremely fast. With this, my role is constantly changing due to the fast pace nature of the company. It's challenging, but in a good way, with new opportunities and experiences presenting themselves on a day-to-day basis. It really promotes a strong learning opportunities and enhanced development from what I've experienced vs other companies

When I interviewed for my current role at Kubrick Group I mentioned that I had a real interest in Marketing as it really built on the skillset that I had developed at university. After only being here for 2 months my Manager had started giving me some marketing tasks to do to further my development and Kubrick has been so open about my potential to turn this into my full-time role in the future.
