Our take
Kubrick group acts in part as a tech talent development hub, and business consultancy firm. By scouting and training promising graduates in Big Data, AI and Cloud Technology before deploying them as on-site junior consultants, the company is able to address a tech skills gap for both individuals and companies.
One really interesting facet of Kubrick Group’s model is that they allow clients to hire these junior consultants free of charge after a two year period. This solves another problem for both parties – career growth for the consultant, and skills retention for the client.
Kubrick Group has been growing rapidly over the past couple of years and has picked up a whole host of major clients – Sky, Morgan Stanley, Deliveroo, Schroders, Jaguar Land Rover, and Credit Suisse to name but a few.
It’s all been positive for Kubrick thus far, the next big step after major investment from Bowmark Capital is expansion, particularly into the USA.
