Our take

Building Management Systems (BMS) allow building owners to monitor and maintain their buildings. However, the true potential of most smart buildings has, until recently, failed to be realized. LAIIER solves this problem by manufacturing wireless electronics for smart buildings.

LAIIER's founding team boast extensive experience that spans design and academia, which has greatly informed the company's products and helped to differentiate it from its competitors. LAIIER has been officially recognized by a number of market experts and analysts, which is testament to the value of its products.

Thanks to its strong connection to the design world and its laser sharp focus on smart building tech, LAIIER has strong potential. It will need to scale its team further in order to remain competitive.
