Our take
LSH Auto UK is the British arm of the Lei Shing Hong global automotive group, a company with over 45 years' history in car retailing. Operating across the UK, LSH Auto UK specialises in Mercedes-Benz and, more recently, BYD and Smart too.
Over time, LSH Auto UK has grown significantly, with 16 dealer sites, serving both new and approved used-car customers and offering after-sales care, including servicing and repairs to parts and accessories. LSH Auto's business model emphasises not just luxury and performance, but also responsibility as it operates in an environmentally and socially conscious way.
To honour this, the company has made big moves into the electric vehicle (EV) space, most recently with the launch of a fifth BYD experience store. By expanding its EV offerings, LSH is positioning itself for further growth at a time when demand for EVs is only accelerating. This move enhances its appeal across a broader, more environmentally conscious customer base and will help the dealer secure its position in the evolving automotive market.
