Lendable

Having started at Lendable, I am not only receiving extensive training for my role in particular, however, have also had a chance to be introduced to other teams within the company. Within my role, there seem to be extensive opportunities for further training as well, which also correlates to possible future career opportunities.

Not only has my team been welcoming since the first day, however I have also had the chance to meet people from around the company. This has made the transition particularly enjoyable and easy, and made me feel like a part of the team since day one.

Data is at the heart of Lendable's decision making across departments and the company products. It is really inspiring to see such an importance put on data and how it is utilised to make the best decisions both for the employees and the consumers.

Everyone pulls their weight and are happy to step in for each other. There is a great team spirit which is positive and supportive! Even when things are a bit challenging, everyone pulls together for great results :)

WOW! Lots of perks such as great trips, socials and lovely fresh food made in the office 3 days a week! The office is spacious and bright and the People's team look after everyone well by keeping us fed and watered throughout the day :)

At Lendable, hard work is celebrated by managers as well as team mates! Everyone is encouraging and kind and always available. Managers are transparent, fun and fair

At Lendable I'm in a position to make decisions and engineer solutions on a product that's worth billions and growing all of the time. This brings with it incredible and interesting challenges that I love to be a part of.

The leadership team are very transparent about how they see us achieving our goals and also anything that may be concerning on the horizon. We've recently had open forums regarding the macro-economic situation and how that would affect the business, with members of the C-suite answering open questions from everyone in the company.

I'm often asked for my input and advice on matters that are both from within my product but also across the business, which makes me feel like they are highly valued even though I haven't been at Lendable for a long time.
