To unlock capital to enable small businesses to achieve their ambitions.
For small businesses, it can be difficult to secure the funding to grow and develop towards their goals. This is due in part to a lack of sources for such funds, as even when companies are willing to lend to up-and-coming partners, they may lack the tools to do so. Lenkie allows digital platforms to become a source of funding for their business users, fostering customer loyalty for the platforms alongside empowering small businesses to meet their goals.
Lenkie was founded in 2020, with the vision to unlock financial opportunities for small businesses. Platforms can offer lending with zero integration efforts by using Lenkie’s existing lending workflow, or can choose a fully embedded package or tailored experience. The technology powers the whole lending experience from underwriting to collecting payments, making the whole process as simple as possible for clients, who do not need to be concerned with, for example, chasing up payments.
Lenkie has received funding from a range of investors, including a part of the Google for Startups grant. The company was accepted into the Tech Nation Fintect 5.0 program, the UK’s leading growth platform for tech scaleups, where the company hope to learn from other cohort members and experts as it expands.
