We have a modern tech stack with little to no technical debt. The code bases are fun to work in and that also results in a beautiful looking end product.

There is also deep technical knowledge about certain aspects of financial crime, liquidity management, customer perception around investing and the deep technical knowledge of the technologies we're using — that only comes from having done these things in the past, successfully and at scale.

With bank interest rates at all time lows, it's never been more important for regular people to start growing their savings in ways that have meaningful impact. Investing is a proven tool for people to grow their wealth over the long-term, however the options for Europeans is abysmal. Building a truly commission-free investment platform for Europe that helps to make its customer better investors is probably the most exciting mission in fintech right now.
