To enable the next wave of digital transformation for the biggest and most innovative companies in the World – making Industrial IoT, Industry 4.0 and Edge Computing a reality.
50% employee growth in 12 months
One of the major hurdles facing Industry 4.0 is the need for vast amounts of Operational Technology (OT) data to feed Machine Learning and AI models – something that’s normally far too distributed and siloed for many enterprises to access.
Litmus Automation is aiming to solve this with a platform which collects data from modern and legacy industrial systems and makes it available to third party AI and ML models, which can then be run in their factories or warehouses.
Litmus has been around since 2014, but with the Industrial IoT space seeing huge amounts of investment and growth of late, the company has been successful in securing serious funding as it looks to scale. Interestingly, its main investor is industrial automation company Belden, rather than a traditional VC, which suggests there’s plenty of belief in Litmus Automation’s tech.
