Our take

Cybersecurity is an essential part of future-proofing an enterprise, and staff must be trained to manage software and hardware during cybercrime scenarios. However, despite how important this training is, it's often not engaging and can lead to trainees skipping over vital information, potentially risking the company in the future.

Human Security develops a range of innovative cybersecurity training and management platforms in order to optimize human risk management. Whilst the company provides standard risk training and assessment software, they also specialize in the creation of 'gamified' software that structures cybersecurity training in the environment of a video game. This includes live action immersive storylines, role-based micro modules and reporting.

Human Security claims that the video game format of their training programs increase engagement and reduce the likelihood of staff skipping sections, better preparing enterprises for potential risks. They're already working with over 100 top enterprises, including CVS Health, Mastercard, Verizon, MassMutual, Biogen, AmerisourceBergen, Hewlett Packard, JPMorgan and Target.
