As a one-stop-shop for companies of any size and sector for freelancers, including vetted indepent consultants, we have the biggest Business Potential in Europe which is quite reassuring. Our flat hierarchies enable everyone to work autonomously. At the same time, managers provide support to enable us. The UK team, in particular, enjoys a family like and fun atmosphere in a start-up-environment which is supported by the professional structure of a 600-people-scale-up.
