I love working at Malt because of the company culture (open, international, transparent, dynamic and fun) and the future shaping product. As a one-stop-shop for companies of any size and sector for freelancers, including vetted indepent consultants, we have the biggest Business Potential in Europe which is quite reassuring. Our flat hierarchies enable everyone to work autonomously. At the same time, managers provide support to enable us. The UK team, in particular, enjoys a family like and fun atmosphere in a start-up-environment which is supported by the professional structure of a 600-people-scale-up.

Many colleagues who joined our company as an intern are now in Senior positions. In addition to career progression (Management and Expert tracks), the company offers cross-departmental opportunities throughout different offices.

Last but not least, Malters enjoy partying because "Joy is our secret sauce" :D Last May, for example, we had an off-site in Ibiza for 3 days. And this was epic!

The management team come from a variety of super impressive backgrounds - they have worked for companies like Amazon, Air BnB and there is a clear vision for growth.

All of the team are proficient and passionate about what they do. Not only are they good at their jobs but there is also a fun office environment / culture as well

The business has high ambitions for growth - the launch in the UK is a key part of that. There are so many topics to get involved in and that means no never is ever the same and you never get bored

I joined Malt a couple years ago and I am now entering my third role change. Malt is really pushing for internal job changes and has allowed me to discover new teams. I have been able to develop super quickly because the company is growing so fast.

One of our core values is "Own your choices". Malters are free to act with autonomy. I've seen it first hand by being able to lead many projects with different teams (Product, HR, Marketing etc) and suggesting new ideas. Management and coworkers are always trustful!

I have never in my life seen such a bunch of enthusiastic, driven and open people in the same professional environment! Everybody is so friendly, when you meet them for the first time it already seems like you've been friends for a while.

Malt is a scale-up that went from 4 employees to 600 in less than 10 years. Our goal is to open one new country every year and to make them grow twice as fast as the other countries we launched.
