Locum is tackling these simultaneous issues with its online and mobile-based recruitment and careers platform. By enabling agencies to compete for the best locums, doctors can receive suitable shifts in as little as 24 hours.
With demand for locums growing, more and more doctors are considering different career opportunities, strongly positioning Messly's flexible service for growth. To do so, it is focusing heavily on improving its customer experience and usability, in order to help as many doctors as possible find their ideal jobs.
