Company mission

To build the most trustworthy, reliable and convenient network of tech support to solve tech challenges fast.

0% employee growth in 12 months

Our take

Founded in Switzerland in 2016 as a tech support on-demand service for businesses and residential customers, Mila has since built up a network of over tens of thousands of trained technicians and expanded into Germany, Austra, France, and the UK. The company’s structure, which allows freelance technicians and small companies to join its network and receive nearby job offers, is an interesting one, bringing the models of Uber and Upwork to mind.

It was originally owned and funded by Swisscom, but CEO and former Swisscom employee Chris Viatte saw the opportunity for a renewed business model. They took over the company in order to seek new investment and grow into new territories – something which has been achieved successfully.

With funding from impressive investors, as well as enterprise partnerships with the likes of Amazon, Google, AXA, and Samsung, Mila is well set to continue its expansion into the global market.
