Our take

Mind Gym is a learning and development company that provides training and consultancy to some of the world's largest companies. With over half the FTSE 100 and the S&P 500 companies among its clients, the firm aims to improve company performance by leveraging psychological and behavioural science to transform how people think and feel.

Although founded over twenty years ago, the company has grown considerably in recent years. More than 250 Mind Gym coaches deliver lessons, both individual and group, in live face-to-face sessions, but customers can also choose to learn via animated videos, self-led sessions and interactive tasks.

The company is in the midst of a big transformation. With recent innovations like its AI-powered coaching tool, Lio, and packaged IP subscriptions making its offerings easer to buy and renew. This, coupled with plans to globalise sales and expand digital deliver put Mind Gym in a steady position for growth.
