Mintago differentiates itself through offering personalised employee financial wellbeing support in order to help employees understand, plan and achieve their financial goals. It also provides an end-to-end service that helps businesses implement a salary sacrifice scheme within their companies and save £500+/employee on average in national insurance costs
Mintago's main priority for the future is to improve its technology in order to better incentivise employees to boost contributions and feel better about their finances.

Since I joined the company earlier in 2024, the companies revenue has increased significantly. Big changes in our product and marketing approach are now starting to pay off and this can be seen across a number of metrics including the types of customers we are winning, the deal value and also the volume of deals.
