According to Mintago, 49% of employees in their 20's aren't saving enough into their pension in order to live a comfortable life when they retire. Moreover, financial matters are the number one source of stress among employees, leading to reduced productivity, engagement, and performance at work. The company aims to change this by creating a service that improves the financial wellbeing of employees while helping businesses save on costs associated with pensions and national insurance.
Mintago differentiates itself through offering personalised employee financial wellbeing support in order to help employees understand, plan and achieve their financial goals. It also provides an end-to-end service that helps businesses implement a salary sacrifice scheme within their companies and save £500+/employee on average in national insurance costs

Since I joined the company earlier in 2024, the companies revenue has increased significantly. Big changes in our product and marketing approach are now starting to pay off and this can be seen across a number of metrics including the types of customers we are winning, the deal value and also the volume of deals.
