Mo now works with big companies such as William Hill and Sage. Having secured funding and with ambitions to help its clients achieve more meaningful employee relationships, Mo is committed to making the world work better.

I love working at Mo. Despite working fully remotely with employees in all different places, we always find ways to feel like a cohesive team. As an employee reward and recognition tool, employee appreciation, flexibility and wellbeing is baked into the core of Mo. At Mo everyone has the chance to speak up and challenge, shape and input to the companies direction. Even better - the company is really transparent so everyone is equipped with the same information. It's not unknown for one of our tech team to (friendly) interrogate the customer value or an upcoming renewal!
