To make the future built environment fully connected, automated, and less disruptive — starting with transport.
For millions of people, transport just doesn't work as smoothly as it should, and behind the scenes, operators are equally struggling with disconnected data and limited tools to keep things running smoothly.
VC-backed Moonbility is setting out to change that, using the power of digital twins to make cities and transport systems smarter and more human-friendly. Based in London, this startup builds virtual replicas of buses, rail networks, and urban spaces, feeding them real-time data to simulate, analyse, and improve how everything flows, so that transport planners can better predict the impact of disruptions and make more confident decisions. It's also behind "WheelsOnboard", a tool that shows live wheelchair bay availability on buses, so it really is making public transport accessible for everyone.
And the industry is already paying attention; the startup is working with big names like Network Rail, National Express, London North Eastern Railway (LNER), and Transport for Greater Manchester. With a growing portfolio of real-world trials and a truly meaningful mission, Mobility is setting a new standard for what smart cities should look like.
