Our take
Developing Web 3.0 applications is an attractive notion for many companies, and the benefits of blockchain technology are well-known, however it can be difficult to build in the space due to a lack of in-dept knowledge or access to expert talent. Moralis’ Web 3.0 development platform allows developers to more easily build and launch NFTs, games, and applications cross-chain, without the need to manage the complexities that come with blockchain infrastructure.
Moralis was founded in 2021, and the chain-agnostic platform it provides is complete for end-to-end blockchain app development. Uniquely, the company handles the whole back-end of development so that its clients can focus on the front end, saving them time and money. This also means that teams can build projects they would not normally have the resources to make, opening up blockchain development for more who wish to access it.
Moralis has goals to become the definitive gateway from Web 2.0 to Web 3.0, and to empower developers to innovate at scale. Funding raised by the company will go towards increasing product development, improving the user experience, and scaling client capacity.
