To help enterprises hire individuals anywhere across globe.
Multiplier was founded in 2020 as a digital platform to help companies hire and pay more remote workers, at a quicker rate. The multinational employment experts offer advice and aid for compliance, payroll, benefits, and other areas of onboarding that can take longer when companies go remote or hybrid.
Remote and hybrid working strategies aren’t going anywhere, so it’s unsurprising that Multiplier accelerated its funding so quickly. Just two years into launching, Multiplier was awarded $60 million in Series B from Tiger Global Management and Sequoia Capital India. Multiplier is using this massive cash injection to add more features to its platform, enabling businesses to self-register and even pay its freelancers in cryptocurrency.
With international companies such as Amazon and ServiceNow using Multiplier for their new employees, it seems that the employment management platform arrived at just the right time. With global trends leaning towards an increasingly cross-border workforce, Multiplier is bridging the gap for a digitised business world.
