Everyone sets their own schedules and work when they can, as long as they get the work done. It's about productivity and not about number of hours or micro-management of any sorts. Quality over quantity. It's also fully remote so you can attend meetings from wherever, as long as you can listen and speak properly.

You can always say what you think (respectfully, of course), no matter what. Everyone's encouraged to speak up. There are no wrong ideas or stupid questions. Everything is up for grabs and discussions are highly encouraged to polish ideas as much as possible. The founders are just another team member, keep everything transparent and everyone involved in all aspects of the company. Everyone knows what's up and is empowered to think of ways to help the company improve.

Everyone on the team is very passionate about the company's mission and naturally wants to give their best to make it happen. It's really fun being around people like this and super motivating for you to keep pushing yourself to get better and achieve the highest heights you can, both as an individual and as group.

In the 11 months of me being at Musiversal, I've worked from 4 different countries, all in separate timezones. My work schedule has given me so much flexibility to also include my hobbies and side projects in my daily schedule.

We're a small team of people, and from day 1 I was able to make really important decisions for the company's strategy. It's great to be working somewhere where you're not given "busy" work and nothing else. You're asked for in-depth analysis and feedback and your voice is heard.

I couldn't ask for more from the management team. They've helped me with any concerns I've had, are extremely open-minded, and don't like how big companies are not connected with their employees, so they actively try to engage with everyone in the company.
