Our take
Both retrofitted and built-to-spec smart buildings, along with their associated IoT technology, must be managed and integrated into the daily operations of the space. NCG does just that, designing, integrating and supporting the technology that keeps smart buildings running at their best.
With a focus on office and industrial spaces, NCG combines its founder's deep knowledge of real estate with robust design and integration solutions, ensuring the smooth operation of its clients’ IoT systems so that they can focus on their business, not the technology running it. Combatting the tendency of smart building tech fragmentation and siloed operations, NCG works with both real estate portfolios and individual building operators to connect and integrate new smart technologies such as security systems, internet connectivity and the monitoring of energy.
With clients including Deliveroo and CloudKitchens, NCG is in the process of scaling its operations, sales and commercial strategy. As an increasing number of organisations go smart, NCG will no doubt have an abundance of future customers.
