NICE is a canned wine brand delivering vegan wine through cans that are 100% recyclable. With a vision to build a brand that encourages people to drink wine in situations where they currently don't, NICE are entering a rapidly growing market that's expected to be worth more than $550 million by 2028.
NICE launched in 2019 and the brand is already a certified B-corp. It counts Sainsbury’s, Ocado, Chelsea FC, Wimbledon Tennis, Lord's Cricket, Edgbaston Cricket, Wagamama and Whistlestop among its clients.
Even though the company is an early-stage startup, NICE has already become the largest independent canned wine brand in the UK and is currently looking to expand into other sectors.

At NICE direct feedback is encouraged, and although at first it may seem daunting, being able to give and receive direct feedback is a skill I am so glad I have. Knowing that you can tell your Co-Founder a certain approach isn't working for you and they will take it on board with no backlash is an incredible way to build trust within a team.

NICE is very generous to support your physical and mental wellbeing. We finish work at 4 pm on a Friday and have flexible working hours. This means we get to tailor our work week to our personal needs. There are not that many companies that will give employees this kind of freedom.
