The company’s technology uses predictive analytics and nudging automation to support HR teams make talent-based decisions and empower employees to take ownership of their careers and expand their skills. Following a successful Seed funding round in late 2022, the company launched a major platform expansion in April 2023 in the form of its Talent & Opportunity Marketplace, which provides transparent, easy access to all forms of growth opportunities– such as gigs, mentoring, open roles, etc.
This expansion is another step in the right direction for Nestor as it becomes a fully comprehensive hybrid migration and management platform. With a 98% adoption rate and a range of mid-to-large enterprises (including F500 companies) across the US, Latin America, and Europe, Nestor is well set to see continued market success.
