Netigate aims to promote these voices with a platform enabling its customers to collect and analyse insights from employees and customers. While it faces some competition in the experience management space from the likes of SurveyMonkey and Qualtrics, its ease of use and focus on mid-market companies has allowed it to establish a significant market niche, with over 1,500 customers including some household brands like Spotify and Vodaphone.
Netigate was acquired by GRO Capital in 2022, providing the company with growth funding and the considerable expertise of the GRO Capital team. Netigate is using this funding to scale its operations with the aim of becoming the leading experience management provider to the European mid-market.
