There are approximately 7,000 languages in the world, but NLP solutions exist only for a small fraction (0.3%) of them. We at NeuralSpace share a common goal to cater to the needs of low-resource language speakers. When like-minded and highly passionate people align their goals and add their own small pieces in solving the language puzzle, magic is created!

NeuralSpace is a great place to learn & grow. I was fortunate to work on a few of the critical & challenging initiatives like developing an employee portal from scratch & create a dashboard like Control Room.

Before joining NeuralSpace, I have never worked on tools like Google Suite. I am fortunate to get an opportunity to work on few of the challenging assignments that has fostered me to learn such new tools. This also helped me to upskill myself.

Team spirit are mostly high and everyone puts a lot of eddort in their work because the leadership puts their part too. Decisions are data driven which also helps the employees have more confidence in the business strategy.

Leadership at NeuralSpace is really strong, they have a strong academic background which sets the expectation of a product to be high in quality and they also have the drive to make that product huge. The vision is also challenging but not so much the employees feels overwhelmed.

I work with very highly effeicient and intelligent people, with lots of experience problem solving skills, writing best case algorithms and experties in Machine learning and Artificial Intelligence.

In engineering team I work with very hard working efficient people. They are very clear what they are writing in terms of code or writing tests. We always follow test driven development

In NeuralSpace learning curve is exponential and adaption to a new technology is very fast. I get a chance to work on multiple problems, multiple programming languages.

At NeuralSpace we have something called Growth Meditations. This is where you get to sit with your reporting manager/mentor and decide the company's expectations and personal expectations from employees.
