Our take
Newground Together is a charity that's all about giving people the support and opportunities they need to reach their goals. Part of the Together House Group, it helps individuals and communities build brighter futures, from learning new skills and finding work to getting outdoors and finding ways to make life just that bit easier.
Recently, it's employment and skill team helped launch a new youth employment hub in Calderdale, so young people have a space to get expert advice, learn practical skills, and connect directly with local employers. An important step in giving young people the support they need to build lasting careers and brighter futures.
And that's only part of the picture. Across its programmes for young people and communities, Newground Together is helping people gain confidence and feel part of something bigger. With strong partnerships and a real passion for people, the charity is clearly set up to keep making a real difference for years to come.
