Our take
If you’re here then you’re currently dabbling in the market for a new job, it’s generally accepted this sector is a bit of a minefield and like us, companies of different kinds are trying to improve the job searching experience. Nova is a global talent network that strives to work with the best talents in business, technology, law and science.
Nova isn’t the usual recruitment company, it operates as an agent seeking out the highest talents to marry candidates and companies. Deriving from the same idea as agents for actors or athletes, the company has a growing community of 12,000 and though that number is not large, each person in that community has been vetted. The company works with household names such as P&G and Google showing not just the best talent is in the Nova network but the customer companies rank highly too.
An original company founded in 1997 called Nova 100 Sverige acquired talent in Sweden alone, jumpcut to 2020 Nova Talent was founded with new roots in Spain and Italy. It now hosts networking events, multiple agents in many different sectors and a knowledgeable well established team. A new influx of funding in early 2022 hasn’t had much news surrounding it though we are sure the company is set to continue on its growth trajectory and fulfil its mission.
