To transform how people work through its training and education mobile apps, helping businesses to boost sales, improve knowledge and drive compliance with behavioural changing technology and apps.
E-learning platforms have been commonly used by employers since the rise of commercially-available computers, helping them to train and inform staff without the need for expensive in-person training sessions. However, such eLearning applications are generally clunky, frustrating to use, and limited in how they can engage users, greatly limiting the benefits that they could potentially provide.
Ocasta develops education and training mobile apps for businesses, focussing on developing innovative solutions to augment the way employees engage with them. The company currently provides four product offerings - Engage for improving the efficiency of sales teams, Review for retail auditing, Albert for knowledge gamification, and Capsule for medical knowledge assessment.
Whilst the eLearning landscape is finally beginning to experience innovation due to a rise in remote work environments, Ocasta has taken this a step further by leveraging the idiosyncrasies of different industries to develop bespoke engagement solutions. Through this approach, the company aims to optimize the way businesses train and up-skill their staff, ensuring that every learning experience is personalized, engaging, and accessible by mobile.
