Working on Oculo's technology has always been challenging. Not only that the problems we are trying to solve are at the cutting edge, but also being a fast growing startup makes deadlines very tight. The working atmosphere is always positive and encouraging, and there is no too much stress about it.

There is a dedicated meeting at the end of every week where you can share with everyone what you have done for the week. It often turns into a big kudos giving session, from both founders and other colleagues, recognising even good work that you didn't share yourself.

We have an all hands meeting on Mondays where all work progress and plans are shared, which keeps everyone in the loop. All information is shared openly, which creates a trusting atmosphere.

What Oculo is building is going to change the way the construction industry works and out product is already getting great feedback from clients, which is massively motivating.

The founders are really good at calling out great work, especially the less obvious stuff that could easily go unnoticed otherwise. It makes a huge difference to team morale.

It’s a great team to be part of. Everyone is remote at the moment and half of us have never met, but we’re all passionate about making a great product that solves real problems so that creates such a buzz.
